Will this logo replace 55DSL's current logo?

No. Similar to a remix of a song, we're looking for imaginative reinterpretations of 55DSL's classic logo—not a replacement.

Can multiple people team up to make a submission?

Yes, multiple people can create and submit a joint work. One member of that group must supply their contact information at registration time in order to act as the group's primary contact.

Can I submit more than one work?

Yes.

I already submitted my work, but forgot to include something in it, can I update the video?

No. Unfortunately, once a work has been submitted, it cannot be updated or revised. Since it would be unfair to allow people to alter their work according to community feedback. Once it has been posted, it's posted.

What file formats are accepted?

Only jpeg, png, and gif file formats will be accepted.

What should the file dimensions be?

All contest entries should be submitted online as low-resolution RGB files, 800 pixels wide.

Is there a restriction on color choice?

Contestants may use any colors of their choice, but if using red and blue, the institutional colors Pantone 200C and Pantone 293C must be used.

Are there any other design standards?

Contestants must include the 55DSL Shield logo in their designs and should not alter the aspect ratio of the 55DSL Shield logo.

Is there an age criteria?

The competition is open to individuals who are 18 years of age as of October 20, 2008.
