All contest entries should be submitted online as low-resolution RGB files, 800 pixels wide.
Contestants may use any colors of their choice, but if using red and blue, the institutional colors Pantone 200C and Pantone 293C must be used.
Contestants must include the 55DSL Shield logo in their designs and should not alter the aspect ratio of the 55DSL Shield logo.
The competition is open to individuals who are 18 years of age as of October 20, 2008.
